Cardiff City & Met were crowned official Champions of Wales for the first time in 4 years! Our Cyclones team took the honours, following their National League victory, with wins over Raptors 2 and Cardiff University 1 in the group. They faced Regional side Cardiff Raptors 1 in the final, for the first time this season, and ran out comfortable victors, 15-6, to seal the Welsh Championship win.
Our other team Archers, had a tough group, losing to Raptors 1 and Aberystwyth Red Kites, but managed to secure 5th by seeing off Raptors 2 in a thrilling 9-8 win. Our club has now qualified for the Europa Cup first round in Slovakia, to be held in September.
