Cardiff Met Korfball was re-founded this season by Cardiff City members. They have done fantastically with their recruitment and are competing in BUCS for the first time ever this season, alongside Aberystwyth University who also make their debut BUCS campaign this season! The squad was filled with Cardiff City members who went on to finish 7th and qualify as third seed for the BUCS National Trophy, due to be held in Cardiff on the 11th and 12th of March. They beat the universities of Sussex, and Exeter, whilst drawing with Bristol 2, and losing to Oxford, Cardiff, and Southampton. Club coach Wilcox earned tournament male Most Valuable Player! Congratulations to all who took part.
