Teams have been split up into two pools for the first half of the league. Once all the games have been played, the top three teams of each pool will form the top league and the bottom three teams form the bottom league.

Each team has been allocated refereeing commitments and any team who fails to provide a referee will be deducted points. There will be members of all the clubs available to help out with refereeing commitments if needed.
The points are three for a win and one for a draw.
