Meeting notes

Summer training

The committee discussed plans for training over the summer. It was agreed to suspend hall training between the start of June and mid August, restart Thursday sessions in mid August and resume normal training schedules at the start of September. The committee agreed that over the summer we will have weekly outdoor sessions alternating between Roath Park and beach korfball, with a rota set up to assign responsibility for transporting posts to the park.

Recruitment

The committee discussed the need to recruit more members to put club finances on a sustainable footing. Suggestions were made around how to boost recruitment through Meetup and our website. It was also requested that the club arrange at least one social per month, in advance.

Extraordinary general meeting (EGM)

The committee agreed to announce an EGM for 10th April to discuss recruitment, club finances and the future direction of the club.
