Recruitment
The committee discussed potential ways to boost recruitment and budget to assign to this. The committee agreed on a monthly budget to pay for activities such as advertising on social media, printing posters to display in sports facilities, purchasing professional photos and potentially an organiser subscription to the website Meetup.com. Other ideas included enquiring with Sport Wales about getting them to post about us on social media, and posting in Facebook groups for people looking to make new connections.
Socials
The committee discussed plans for club socials. It was agreed that the club should aim to organise one main social person month, in addition to more regular informal socials. Dates and a venue for a Christmas social were proposed.
