AGM
The committee discussed communications that needed to be made to the club in advance of the AGM. Proposed agenda items included a motion to remove the 5 year term limit for committee positions, and an opportunity for members to provide feedback on the Club’s Code of Conduct.
An action was taken for Maria to email the Flute and Tankard pub to enquire about booking their upstairs room for the AGM.
Awards night
There was brief discussion about the need to schedule and plan for the upcoming Awards Night. Maria agreed to start these plans.
