Hall bookings
The committee discussed whether to book an alternative hall to replace the indoor training sessions cancelled At Sport Wales. An action was taken to poll the club for availability and, if there were sufficient numbers, book a court at Talybont.
Annual General Meeting
It was proposed that the AGM be held in June to give plenty of time for the elected Committee to settle into roles before the 2026/27 season. An action was taken to check availability of the current committee and set a date.
Summer training
Possible locations to hold outdoor training over the summer were discussed. Thornhill Park was suggested due to its good parking availability and available space. Victoria Park was also suggested due to its more central location. Actions were taken to check whether these locations are in use for other activities on a Tuesday evening, and check the available space at Victoria Park.
