Feedback on training sessions
There was discussion around feedback that coaching in training sessions was sometimes lacking in consistency or continuity due to there being several individual coaches developing their own sessions. It was suggested that developing coaches could give Rebekah, as head coach, sight of their sessions plans in advance, for any feedback and to ensure a logical progression of sessions. An action was taken to organise a meeting for coaches.
There was also a question raised around how to encourage people to arrive at training promptly at the start of the session. It was suggested that group warm up could start earlier to help encourage this.
Tuesday training venue and time
It was agreed at the AGM that the committee would look into alternative venues for training with an earlier time slot. The committee had not so far found any viable alternatives, but an action was taken to speak to Aman about which schools he had contacted, to confirm whether all options had been exhausted, and to communicate the outcome with the wider club.
