1. Christmas Period
- Discussed the need to cancel Christmas training sessions from 23rd December to 1st January.
- Action: Jo to email Sport Wales to confirm arrangements.
- Action: Make Aman aware of the match on 3rd January and check if a team can be fielded.
- Action: Confirm that Maria can book the Christmas social.
2. Halloween
- The committee approved a small budget for the Halloween training session.
- There was a request to consider dietary requirements for attendees.
3. Coaching Fees
- Instead of offering coaches a discount on membership fees, Chris W suggested organising one or two sessions run by high-level coaches to support coach development.
- This proposal will be discussed further with the wider committee at a future meeting.
4. Any Other Business
- It was requested that all invoices received by email be marked as “Upcoming Invoices” and posted in the Fixtures WhatsApp group so they can be actioned promptly.
