Cardiff Howells School - directions from outside Cardiff

Finding Howell's school is reasonably easy, turn off the M4 at junction 29 (Cardiff East and South). Follow this road all the way into Cardiff, past the docks and hospital turn offs. You will go under a large flyover (Gabalfa interchange and roundabout). Ignore the next left turn at the traffic lights and go straight on. Get in the left hand lane and after going under a footbridge, take the left filter lane. Turn left at the traffic lights at the end of this road. Head slightly uphill as the road narrows and turn right at the pedestrian traffic lights. You are now in the grounds of Howells school.

Once inside the grounds turn left at the mini roundabout, then follow the road round to the right, through a small gap in the wall, left, then right and right again. The sports hall is on the other side of a blue gate on the left.
